The Family Health Fair scheduled for this evening has been canceled due to a high likelihood of rain. We will provide an update if/when the event is rescheduled.

Please help us ensure all students are here ready to go at 7:50 am. Those testing need to bring their Chromebook fully charged and their charger if they think they may need it. Itasca HS Interact Club is pleased to announce that the Itasca Rotary Club will be hosting a golf tournament on Saturday, April 27 at the Hillsboro Country Club. MONDAY 4/22/24 - As we host our Itasca FFA 2nd Annual Project Show, drop off, pick up, and parking near the SEC and the adjacent parking lots will be closed (North East portion as seen in the attached picture). Please drop your students off and pick them up in front of their home campus. For students and staff who normally park in that area, you must park in front of the high school. Thank you for your attention to this and your support of our FFA program. GO CATS!!!


REMINDER: For those going into 10th through 12th grade next year, we will have a dual credit interest meeting in the library starting at 6 pm tonight. A parent or guardian needs to attend for any student who wishes to take a dual credit class this summer or next school year.

Due to scheduling conflicts with the regional track meet, the softball game originally set for Friday, April 19th, has been rescheduled to Monday, April 22nd, with the first pitch at 4:30 PM.

Congratulations to our Prepared Public Speakers on an outstanding performance yesterday at the Chisholm Trail District Convention! We had a super competitive District contest with 62 registered speakers total.
FOUR of our speakers advanced to Area and will compete at the Area 8 FFA Convention next month!
Not only did they all do a great job individually but as a team they won 2nd place in the Speaking Sweepstakes. This means we were the 2nd school overall in speaking!
Results were as follows:

Nevaeh- 4th in Natural Resources
Matthew- 3rd in Plant Science
Parker- 3rd in Extemp and 2nd in Policy
MaKenna- 2nd in Animal Science
Dakota- 2nd in Tech and Comm
