Dear Itasca ISD Parents and School Community,
We are excited to announce the adoption of the 2025-2026 academic calendar, which continues the successful framework of the current 2024-2025 calendar. We hope you have enjoyed the benefits of the two additional breaks we introduced—one in the fall and another in the winter.
We want to clarify that this is not a year-round school calendar. Instead, it is a comprehensive 12-month calendar showcasing Itasca ISD’s activities, including state-required summer school and End-of-Course (EOC) testing makeup sessions. The calendar also highlights when our staff will be on campus during the summer to serve our families and the community.
By releasing the calendar early, we aim to help families plan ahead for summer activities,
particularly if your child needs to attend summer school or participate in summer testing.
For more details or any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the administration
building or your child’s campus.
