There will be no JV game tonight and the Varsity will still play Covington at 7:00.


HS Parents and Guardians- Your students began the process of selecting their courses for next year. Their forms will be due Friday 3/31/23. We will be holding a mandatory parent/guardian meeting for anyone who has a student wanting to enroll in a dual credit course for the 2023-2024 school year. The meeting will be held on Monday 3/27/23 from 6pm -7:30pm in the library. You must be present for your student to enroll in any dual credit class for next year.

Congratulations Kayd Lightsey for being selected to the 2A Region 2 All-Region Basketball Team.


The Itasca HS One Act Play will have a community performance on Monday, March 20 at 7:00 pm in the SEC. We are performing (sf) "These Shining Lives" by Melanie Marnich, presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service, Inc., New York. Our students competed at District on March 8 and advanced to Bi-District. They will compete again on Wednesday, March 22 in Hamilton.

Congratulations to our Breeding Rabbit Exhibitors on all their accomplishments at the Houston Stock Show and Rodeo! Gwen, Naomi and Gali exhibited 23 rabbits. All of the rabbits performed extremely well! The girls won 10 of their classes and had multiple best of variety and group rabbits. We had 3 rabbits in the running for Best of Breed Mini Rex and 1 for Florida White. Naomi's Florida White Buck did win Best of Breed and went on to compete in the Best in Show. It placed Reserve in Show beating over 1,900 + rabbits. Our rabbit program has grown a lot in the last three years in quantity and quality! Way to go girls!
