Attention Parents!
Flu cases seem to be on the rise. If your student is having any of the following Flu Symptoms & you are wanting them to be tested, feel free to register them at the link provided in the flyer. Once registered, they will see a provider via I-pad in my office and provider will give me orders to test if they feel it's necessary. No money is due up front. They will bill your insurance and what insurance doesn't cover they will send you a bill in the mail.
Flu Symptoms- Fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, muscle or body aches, headache, fatigue, and sometimes vomiting & diarrhea.

Deputy Phillips has 4 years experience in law enforcement, and has a Bachelors Degree. He has been married for 6 years, and is an active member at church.
