5 FFA members went with Ms. Chapman to Cleburne to compete in their District Prepared Speaking Competition. Joe Weaver got 4th place in Junior Prepared Public Speaking. Abby Weaver got 3rd in Senior Prepared Ag Policy. Abby Salinas got 3rd in Senior Prepared Natural Resources. Naomi Chavez got 2nd place in Senior Prepared Animal Science. Evelyn Virrueta got 2nd in Senior Prepared Technology and Communications. Both Naomi and Evelyn will Advance to the Area Competition in May!

Parking is available on Itasca ISD grounds today. Most security gates will be open in order for patrons to pass through school grounds easier toward the north west side of campus.

Balloon release for Victor Garcia will be tonight at 5pm at Patton Field. Balloons will be provided by Itasca ISD from the concession stand, and the family will lead the event.

If your child is entering Kindergarten or First Grade in the fall of 2021, your child may be eligible to attend the ESL K-1 Summer School Program.
