IISD Board Names Lone Finalist - The Itasca ISD Board of Trustees has named Mr. Michael Stevens as the Lone Finalist for the IISD Superintendent position. Mr. Stevens is currently the superintendent in Channing ISD. IISD will formally name Mr. Stevens as Superintendent on March 24, following the state-mandated 21-day waiting period.
Reminder: Wampus Cat Invitational Baseball Tournament starts tomorrow. Itasca will play at 1:00pm and 5:00pm tomorrow! Tickets are $5.00

Join us on April 9th for our First Annual Easter Extravaganza! We invite the community to join us in celebrating Easter with family and friends! This will be a fundraiser to aid us in raising money for our FFA Banquet and to attend the Texas FFA State Convention this summer!
WAMPUS CAT PEP RALLY AND SENDOFF! Come join us and show your support at a Pep Rally on Tuesday, March 1, for our Area Champions Boys' Basketball Team and Regional Qualifying Powerlifters. The Pep Rally will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the SEC. A community sendoff for the basketball team will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the SEC parking lot as the team travels to Glen Rose to take on Cisco in the Regional Quarterfinal Playoff. Game time is 8:00 p.m. at Glen Rose High School.
Please join us for the Mr. Itasca Pageant! It will take place on the evening of March 28th. The community is invited to attend for an evening of fun and entertainment. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for 12 and under! This is a JR Class Fundraiser to help raise money for prom!

The softball game that was scheduled for TOMORROW, February 26th, against Blum has been moved to Monday, February 28th. We will be playing Blum in Itasca at 5:00 at Wampus Cat Park!

The Lady Wampus Cats Softball team will be starting district play tomorrow at Rio Vista at 5:30.
WAMPUS CAT BASKETBALL SENDOFF! Come join us and show your support as we "sendoff" our Bi-District Champion Wampus Cat Boys Basketball Team! The sendoff will be held on Friday (2-25-22) at 2:15 p.m. along Wampus Cat Drive at Itasca High School. The team will be traveling to MIneral Wells to take on the Seymour Panthers in the Area round of the state playoffs. Game time is 6:30 p.m. at Mineral Wells High School.
